Hi, Blizzard recruiting here. If you’re reading this, chances are good you’re a recruiter, so let’s talk a little shop. We want to find the right recruiter to join us here in Irvine at Blizzard HQ to support artistic staffing initiatives for our in-game, cinematics, and creative development teams. This begs the natural question:

“What’s different?”

Honestly, to an experienced recruiter the nuts and bolts are about what you’d expect. Of course, you’ll also be a close-working partner with the whole recruitment team, helping to actively reinforce talent-scouting efforts, knowledge sharing, and leveling up our service to our groups.

Successfully recruiting within a passionate and creative environment takes a blend of listening and responsiveness, and an appreciation for the artistic temperament and for gaming culture in general. Take a look at the sheer array of our other openings and you’ll see we need someone able to present an understanding of not only a variety of artistic disciplines and concepts, but various production cycles and workflows as well.

Blizzard is an addictive, hugely fun backdrop to operate in, and we want to hear from enthusiastic, creative recruiters ready to dive in and embrace the opportunity!
