No. Flan fills the fields you have saved so you do not retype them, skips sensitive fields, and attaches your chosen saved resume to file fields only when you confirm — it never submits anything without your click. You stay in control of every application.

Do I have to use the job search?

No. On the full application surface, supported extension workflows can also connect a role to the workspace.

Why not just use LinkedIn or Indeed?

Flan focuses on records indexed from company career pages and supported ATS sources, with source and freshness context when available.

Flan indexes company career pages and supported ATS sources such as Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday. When present, last_verified_at shows the most recent successful check; it does not guarantee the role remains open later.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to search and browse jobs. An account is required for available workspace features such as saving a role.

What about my sensitive information?

Flan never auto-fills sensitive fields such as government IDs, and never auto-submits. Sensitive fields are skipped, and file fields only receive your chosen saved resume when you confirm the attach. You review every field before you click submit.
