You agree to use Flan lawfully and not to abuse the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the data without permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disable the service.
• Do not use the service to discriminate against job applicants.
• Respect rate limits and the API contract.

API access

Access to public API methods is subject to these terms, the published API contract, and operational rate limits. Permission to redistribute, resell, or license job data requires a separate written agreement.

Job data

Job listings are crawled from public sources and provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any listing is still active at the time you view it. Verification timestamps are provided for guidance only.

Accounts

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Product analytics

Flan collects product-usage analytics from the website, browser extension, and backend services to operate, understand, and improve the service. This can include page activity, feature usage, action outcomes, approved URL data, and associated record identifiers. Our collection and use of analytics data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
