Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or accessing the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

User responsibilities

You agree to use Flan lawfully and not to abuse the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell the data without permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disable the service.
• Do not use the service to discriminate against job applicants.
• Respect rate limits and the API contract.

API license

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Jobs API for your own applications. Commercial usage beyond the limits of your plan requires written agreement. Data licensing (e.g. for resale or enterprise redistribution) is handled separately.

Job data

Job listings are crawled from public sources and provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any listing is still active at the time you view it. Verification timestamps are provided for guidance only.

Accounts

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last revised" date.
