Ensure timely posting of GRN in the system by providing the information required by the inventory team. Assist in providing information on brand/category sales history, stock budget, current inventory level, to prepare sales forecast by brand/category and season to ensure seasonal ‘open-to-buy’ figures. Control inventories at each store based on the capacity plan; tracks and monitors inventory levels for each brand/category, keeping in mind store requirements as well as working capital constraints. Ensures identification of obsolete/slow moving stock and obtain management approval on markdowns and product discounts to ensure stock is liquidated as per retail/brand SOP guidelines. Prepares variance analysis reports of stocks and sales against budgeted figures, identify brand/category growth opportunities to minimize down trending business. Monitor Seasonal Sell Through & Best/Worst sellers at Brand/Category level. Prepare price files for Promotion and EOSS and ensure timely activation of promotion in store and online.
