Duties and responsibilities Extract data from various data sources, including databases and data systems, for reporting and analysis purposes; Develop, modify, maintain and support reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the varying departments and teams to all levels of leadership; Ensure a high quality/accuracy/standard of work and service throughout; Automate existing reports and reduce manual interventions; Create, modify, maintain Standard Operating Processes in report generation; Minimum qualifications Minimum Degree level education in computer science, information management, statistics and at least 3 years relevant work experience; Analytical in nature, possessing inductive and deductive problem solving skills; Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel (PowerPivot & VBA) and PowerPoint; Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in the English language; Reconciliation of data Basic knowledge in Power query and Tableau
