You will serve as a key liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and the successful placement of top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruitment, particularly in the US market, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster long-lasting client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Employ creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates across multiple platforms and networks.Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth screening to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.Interview Facilitation: Lead interviews to evaluate candidates skills and suitability, providing guidance through the interview process.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Support the negotiation of job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for placed candidates.Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices comply with legal standards.Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to accurately manage and document candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities.
