You get to be part of the day-to-day execution of buy- and sell-side M&A, as well as strategy projects by assisting the team in valuation and financial analysis. Additionally, you get to prepare marketing materials, including financial models, management presentations, information memorandums, and client meeting materials. You will get to participate in client meetings together with other senior team members and support the team in providing objective and responsive advice to our clients across industries and geographies.As a Senior Analyst or Analyst, you will be an essential part of each project execution team and will conduct several key corporate finance tasks.
