The Team You'll Work With

The QA Organization consists of ~15 QAs who work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams. We work cross-functionally across the organization to make sure we are testing our product before our clients get to use them. This is a highly visible and critical role to help define and implement QA processes within different teams, plus help with manual and automation testing to test our products thoroughly and deliver with high quality.\u00A0

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in an Automation Engineering role
  • Strong ability and expertise in creating automated tests in Python and Selenium\u00A0
  • Strong programming expertise in one OOP language like Python, Java, JS or Go (Python preferred)
  • Understanding of CI/CD and hands on experience with building and deployment tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Docker
  • Strong experience with automation design patterns, with proven experience in both backend and frontend projects
  • Strong knowledge in cloud infrastructure and container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)
  • You have the ability to understand the technical needs for the teams and help them implement QA processes and mindset\u00A0
  • You are a self-starter who thrives on solving open-ended problems, not just executing Jira tickets
  • You identify patterns and recurring issues proactively and build scalable solutions to reduce future friction
