Job Profile: Technical IT Manager Job Description: Manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and budget control. Lead and manage a team of 15-20 members, providing guidance and ensuring quality deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for US/UK clients, managing relationships and expectations. Oversee software implementation, design, deployment, and integration with internal and external teams. Implement Agile and Waterfall methodologies, utilizing Microsoft Project Plan and Jira for tracking and management. Responsible for budget planning and resource allocation to meet project timelines and financial goals. Report project progress, risks, and milestones to the director/VP of the business vertical. Manage post-implementation support, ensuring client satisfaction with deployed software. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. Act as a mentor and coach, fostering collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing among team members. Must-Haves: - Minimum 12 years of experience as a Project Manager handling Software Development Projects - Expertise in Microsoft Project Plan - End-to-End project management experience, including project implementation and software implementation - Excellent communication skills - Experience handling US/UK clients and playing a client-facing role - Preferred experience in SAAS, Agile, Jira, and Waterfall models - Must have managed teams of 15-20 members Strict No-Nos: - No candidates from Testing, Infrastructure, Telecom, or ITIL domains Nice-to-Haves: - Prefer immediate joiners, with a maximum of 30 days notice Additional Guidelines: - Reporting to the Director/VP of the business vertical - Interview process includes 3 rounds of technical interviews and 2 HR rounds - Buyout option available for immediate joiners - Work mode: Hybrid Location: - Bangalore, Coimbatore, Noida
