Job Purpose

Manager in the IT Consulting Services team to work on various SAP Implementation projects for our customers across the globe.

Client Responsibilities

  • Work as a Manager in different phases of various ongoing SAP Implementation projects and contribute effectively.
  • Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators.
  • Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the manager/lead.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications – External

We are looking for candidates with the following:

  • CA / ICWA (ICMA) / MBA Finance from a reputed institution with sound industry/domain experience and SAP-relevant experience of10+ years.
  • Experience of having worked in an onsite–offshore delivery model.
  • Project Management experience leading at least ateam of 10–15 members.

Mandatory Skills

Experience should be inEnd-to-end Implementation, Rollout, Support, upgrades, and enhancementsin the following areas:

  • SAP Finance (FI)

    • New General Ledger & Profit Center Accounting
    • Accounts Payable
    • Bank Accounting
    • Asset Accounting

  • Exposure toSAP Simple Finance

    • GL Accounting
    • Asset Accounting
    • CO – Overhead Cost Controlling & Profitability Analysis

  • SAP Finance –Taxation and Withholding Taxes

  • SAP Finance –Closing activities, Validations, Substitutions & Reporting

  • Controlling (CO)

    • Cost Element Accounting
    • Cost Center Accounting
    • Internal Orders

  • Knowledge ofCO-PA & Product Costing(Planning and Cost Object Controlling)

  • FI integration withMM, SD, HR & PS

  • Excellent business communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge ofSAP BPC (Consolidation), Special Purpose Ledger, SOX, US GAAP
  • Experience with various exits
  • Background in technical and functional upgrades
  • Report Painter, Report Writer, etc.
  • Experience withFiori Apps, BO-DS, BW, HANA, and other reporting tools
  • Prior client-facing consulting experience
  • SAP Finance / Controlling Certificationis a plus
