Job Description: Sr. Business Development Manager (Enterprise Sales) Locations: Bengaluru Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving growth by identifying and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in prospecting, building relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify enterprise clients needing EAP services.Understand industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads in HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership within target enterprises. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives. Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to understand client challenges in employee mental health, well being, and productivity. Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver customized proposals demonstrating the benefits of EAP services. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing to finalize service agreements that align with both client and company objectives. Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.Provide regular progress updates to management. Networking and Representation: Attend industry events and conferences to network, stay updated, and represent the organization. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about best practices, industry trends, and innovations in EAP services. Candidate Requirements: Education: Postgraduate/MBA preferred. Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience (IT/Non-IT).Proven track record in selling to HR personnel (mandatory). Additional Information: Role Type: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period. Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Day shifts only).
