Role Overview:The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving growth by identifying and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients. You will play a pivotal role in prospecting, building relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Market Research:- Conduct in-depth research to identify enterprise clients needing EAP services.
- Understand industry trends, organizational challenges, and competitor offerings.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:- Identify and qualify leads in HR departments, benefits administrators, and executive leadership within target enterprises.
Relationship Management:
Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR directors, benefits managers, and C-suite executives.
Needs Assessment:
Needs Assessment:- Conduct assessments to understand client challenges in employee mental health, well being, and productivity.
Solution Presentation:
Solution Presentation:- Develop and deliver customized proposals demonstrating the benefits of EAP services.
Contract Negotiation:
Contract Negotiation:- Negotiate terms and pricing to finalize service agreements that align with both client and company objectives.
Pipeline Management:
Pipeline Management:- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
Networking and Representation:
Networking and Representation:- Attend industry events and conferences to network, stay updated, and represent the organization.
Continuous Learning:
Continuous Learning:- Stay informed about best practices, industry trends, and innovations in EAP services.
Candidate Requirements:
Candidate Requirements:Education:
Education:- Postgraduate/MBA preferred.
Experience:
Experience:- 3+ years of direct sales experience (IT/Non-IT).
- Proven track record in selling to HR personnel (mandatory).
Additional Information:
Additional Information:Role Type: Full-time with a 6-month probationary period.
Role Type:Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Day shifts only).

Benefits:Compensation: CTC split: 70% Fixed, 30% Variable
