  • Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, feature development, model training, evaluation, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, drift, and iteration

  • Experience partnering with engineering and data science on technical architecture, APIs, data pipelines, workflow orchestration, scalable data products, MLOps, observability, and reliability

  • Experience defining evaluation and validation frameworks for AI or ML products, including offline metrics, online experimentation, human evaluation, quality thresholds, error analysis, and guardrails

  • Experience building or productizing agentic systems, intelligent workflows, recommended systems, optimization systems, decision engines, or comparable AI-enabled platforms; able to explain the underlying technical approach and trade-offs

  • Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python or a similar language, with the ability to inspect data, reason about model or system outputs, and participate credibly in technical solutioning

  • Proficient communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience influencing senior technical and business partners through ambiguity

  • Experience in growth marketing, advertising technology, marketing automation, or another complex domain with measurable optimization or business outcomes

  • Demonstrated curiosity about AI and ML innovation, with the judgment to identify practical applications, understand limitations, and translate emerging techniques into production opportunities
