Jouw nieuwe baan | Over je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Als (Senior) Manager Business Planning, Reporting & Analysis (BPR&A) maak je deel uit van het Business Consulting Finance-team (BC Finance). Je werkt in multidisciplinaire teams voor de grootste en meest gerenommeerde bedrijven en leidt projecten die gericht zijn op het verbeteren van hun bedrijfsperformance en het realiseren van digitale financiële transformaties. Dit omvat onder andere het ontwikkelen van financiële en geïntegreerde businessplannen, het genereren van relevante en betrouwbare stuurinformatie en rapportages, en het inzetten van geavanceerde analytics en AI om managementbesluitvorming te verbeteren en prestaties te versterken.

Wij ondersteunen CFO’s bij het benutten van nieuwe technologieën. Samen richten we ons op het afstemmen van de financiële functie op de bedrijfsdoelstellingen, waarbij onze oplossingen zowel functionele excellentie als strategische ambities ondersteunen.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden

  • Adviseren op het gebied van FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, Digital Finance.
  • Als (Senior) Manager werk je nauw samen met het senior leadership team van EY bij het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende Finance Transformatie-projecten binnen Business Planning, Reporting & Analytics (BPR&A).

Activiteiten omvatten:

  • Zelfstandig aansturen van één of meerdere BPR&A-oplossingen, gericht op financiële en geïntegreerde businessplanning, enterprise performance management en door de CFO geleide duurzaamheidsinitiatieven.
  • Ontwerpen van schaalbare, efficiënte en innovatieve oplossingen ter ondersteuning van financiële transformaties, waarbij klantbehoeften worden geïntegreerd en aansluiting wordt gezocht bij best practices in de markt.
  • Data benutten: leveren van belangrijke inzichten op basis van (niet-)financiële data om CFO’s meer data gedreven te laten werken. Het mogelijk maken van echte business partnering binnen finance, essentieel voor duurzame groei en goed onderbouwde besluitvorming.
  • Samenwerken met C-level stakeholders: intensief samenwerken met CFO’s en hun teams, met focus op talentontwikkeling, het stimuleren van een cultuur van continue verbetering en het leiden van verandertrajecten.
  • Projecten van begin tot eind aansturen en zorgen voor naleving van planning, budget en klantverwachtingen, met behoud van de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden.
  • Ondersteunen van change management: zorgen dat financiële teams beschikken over de juiste kennis, vaardigheden en competenties om nieuwe processen, tools en technologieën effectief te adopteren.

Jouw vaardigheden en skills | Over je unieke bijdrage

  • Ervaring in consultancy en expertise binnen FP&A, of zoals binnen EY genoemd: Business Planning, Reporting & Analytics (BPR&A), met specifieke ervaring in één of meerdere van de volgende gebieden:
  • Financial Planning
  • Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)-technologie
  • CFO gedreven duurzaamheidsactiviteiten binnen ESG
