Siamo alla ricerca di giovani talenti appassionati di innovazione e ottimizzazione dei processi per supportare le aziende nei loro percorsi di trasformazione. Stiamo cercando risorse da inserire nel nostro team di Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) sulle sedi di Milano e Roma.

Le risorse avranno un ruolo chiave nel supportare i progetti di analisi, ottimizzazione e implementazione dei processi aziendali legati a Ricerca & Sviluppo (R&D) e Operations. La posizione prevede attività a stretto contatto con gruppi interdisciplinari, contribuendo all’integrazione dei sistemi digitali e alla gestione efficiente dei dati lungo il ciclo di vita del prodotto.


Cosa farai come senior consultant all’interno del team
:


• Process Optimization
Parteciperai all'analisi e alla revisione dei processi di sviluppo prodotto, supply chain e operations, individuando opportunità di miglioramento ed efficienza operativa. Proporrai soluzioni innovative per ottimizzare le performance aziendali e ridurre costi.
• R&D Process Redesign & Implementation
Contribuirai alla progettazione e implementazione di nuovi processi per lo sviluppo prodotto, con particolare focus sull’introduzione di sistemi PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), guidando il ridisegno dei flussi operativi e supportando l’adozione delle soluzioni.
• Platform-driven Change Management
Sarai protagonista del cambiamento digitale all'interno delle organizzazioni, supportando i processi di change management legati all'introduzione di piattaforme digitali e nuovi modelli operativi, facilitando una transizione fluida per i nostri clienti.
• Project Management

Ti occuperai della gestione di progetti complessi di digital transformation, coordinando attività e risorse per assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche e degli obiettivi prefissati. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i clienti e i team interni per monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, gestire i rischi e garantire la qualità dei risultati.


Per cominciare, stiamo cercando persone che abbiano:

  • Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente gestionale o affini, con un interesse per il Supply Chain Management o l'Innovazione di prodotto;
  • Da 2 a 5 anni di esperienza in contesti organizzativi e/o consulenziali con interazione con i principali sistemi informativi aziendali (ERP, MES, PLM, ecc);
  • Capacità di raccolta requisiti, analisi dei dati e sintesi di informazioni complesse;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Conoscenza di base delle metodologie di mappatura dei processi (es. BPMN) e gestionali affini.

Nice to have:

Familiarità con metodologie agile e best practice in ambito lean office e operational excellence;
Conoscenza di MS Visio, Signavio;

Competenze in ambito Dassault Systemes e 3DX;

Conoscenza dei principali applicativi di PLM;

Ottimo livello di lingua inglese.

Per la presente posizione è previsto un range retributivo compreso tra 33.000€ e 44.000€, definito sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere. Il rapporto di lavoro è regolato dal CCNL Commercio; il livello di inquadramento contrattuale e collettivo e la relativa disciplina applicabile saranno determinati in coerenza con l’esperienza e il profilo professionale della risorsa inserita nel processo di selezione.
