You will play an important role in creating an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruiting events, interviews, and hiring processes run smoothly across the Washington, DC office.WHAT YOU’LL DOServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, interns, and offerees throughout the recruiting process.Manage candidate communications and application inquiries with professionalism and responsiveness.Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview materials, and support candidate selection activities.Organize and execute virtual and in-person recruiting events, including networking events, interview preparation sessions, and closing events.Represent Bain at recruiting events with candidates, university contacts, and alumni.Support Associate Consultant, Consultant, and internship pipeline programs.Coordinate summer internship logistics, training, calendars, and events.Maintain recruiting systems and trackers, including Avature and Excel.Prepare recruiting reports and analytics to support decision-making.Provide additional recruiting and administrative support as needed.ABOUT YOUMinimum of two years of recruiting or administrative support experience, preferably within a professional services environment.Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service.Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative team player who contributes to an inclusive workplace.Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak recruiting periods.This role follows a hybrid model, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, including Fridays.U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATIONCompensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).
