ABOUT YOU
ABOUT YOU- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, event management, brand management, or a related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent Bain professionally to candidates and senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to quickly build trust with candidates and colleagues
- Proactive, motivated, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in recruiting and talent development
