Role description:

As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you’ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day. The role sits within our Resilience Global Business Area. Role accountabilities:

  • Perform quality and compliance checks on all documentation before issuing.
  • Worked closely with the Document Control juniors to ensure procedures, standards, and work instructions are maintained and modified as required.
  • Work within established standard operating procedures to assist in tasks such as but not limited to the scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, issuing drawings to OpCo, as well as, using the document management systems.
  • Uploading / downloading electronic architectural drawings and technical documents to the extranet sites
  • Receive, issue and distribute project documentation; ensuring complete details and attachments
  • Record and print incoming and outgoing documents to ensure accurate data recording.
  • Maintain project documentation filing system and archive.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training materials
  • Assist the team in general administrative tasks
  • Complete complex, professional level tasks as requested by colleagues, prioritising work load and interpreting established policies in order to effectively support the document management function.
  • Liaise with stakeholders from across the project to to secure outstanding paperwork in a professional manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • The Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Relevant business experience, including experience supporting large and complex projects; ideally 5 years working for Resilience projects
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships.
  • A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
  • Advanced to expert proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in using various Electronic Document Management System
