Parts Advisor

We’re Hiring: Parts Advisor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Ali & Sons is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to support parts sales operations and ensure customers and technicians receive the right parts efficiently. The role is responsible for parts identification, quotations, sales transactions, inventory records, order follow-up, and coordination with the Ordering and Stores teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts enquiries, including identification, pricing, availability, and product information using EPC and DMS.
• Prepare parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders, and sales invoices.
• Process parts sales, credit sales, and related transactions in line with company procedures.
• Manage picking lists, verify picked parts, process goods movements, and maintain required acknowledgements and records.
• Monitor parts sales against budget and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Prepare and follow up on VOR orders, including T-cards and outstanding parts requested by customers or the Workshop.
• Coordinate with the Ordering Section on parts orders, lead times, and deliveries.
• Prepare and follow up on Loss Sales Reports to support parts availability and inventory planning.
• Operate computerized inventory and re-ordering systems and ensure accurate stock records.
• Maintain awareness of parts return, warranty, and delivery policies and communicate these to customers and technicians.
• Assist with accessories displays and maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Follow company SOPs and perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Sales Supervisor / Procurement & Stores Manager.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in automotive parts sales or a dealership environment is preferred
• Computer literate with strong skills in computerized warehouse/inventory systems
