This role ensures clear linkage between vehicle-level NVH targets and sub-system performance through requirement cascades and stakeholder alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand & engage with stakeholders for vehicle-level NVH performance requirements & targets.Cascade vehicle level performance targets to system and component levelMonitor program sub-system level performance status against VTSDevelop NVH sub-system level test standards and correlation proceduresSupport engineering teams in applying best practices for desired NVH performanceMaintain NVH design guidelines and compliance checklistsDocument attribute trade-offs and deviations for management reviewRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field6+ years’ experience in NVH attribute development and vehicle integrationProficiency with NVH instrumentation and data analysis tools (e.g., LMS, HEAD, Brüel & Kjær)Strong understanding of subjective NVH evaluation and objective metricsDemonstrated cross-functional coordination and documentation skillsBy sending your application, you confirm that you have read Vingroup's Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") published on the website: https://vinfast.vn/privacy-policy/ , agree to the contents of the Policy, and consent to our processing of your personal data in your application according to the legal regulations on personal data protection .To all recruitment agencies :VinFast does not accept agency resumes.
