Night Concierge – Luxury Residential Development Location: Vauxhall, London Salary: £32,500 per annum Rota: 4 on, 4 off (7pm–7am, 12-hour shifts) We are recruiting a professional, service-driven Night Concierge to join the team at an exciting new mixed-use residential development in Vauxhall. The development comprises just over 150 high-quality residential apartments alongside office and retail spaces. As the face of the building during night hours, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-end concierge service, ensuring residents receive an excellent experience at all times. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and discreet mannerAct as the first point of contact for all enquiries overnight, in person, by phone, and via email Maintain accurate visitor and key logs to ensure building security at all times Receive, log, and manage resident deliveries and parcels, sending notifications via internal systems Carry out regular patrols of the building to ensure safety and security Monitor and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns in line with procedures Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings Manage amenity space bookings in line with site procedures Provide residents with local area recommendations and assistance when requestedBuild strong, professional relationships with residents and maintain resident preference recordsUse SPIKE and other systems to log and follow up resident requests through to completion Support onsite teams and assist with events where required Complete detailed handovers to ensure continuity of service between shifts Please note that only candidates who meet the key requirements will receive a response.
