Job description

Operator's minimum Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills Man-lift Operators Shall: Be minimum 21 years of age; Be educated to a minimum qualification of primary school certificate (preferably Grade 8) or equivalent; Subjective to Gc management approval with exemption Be experienced in Man-lift operations for not less than 1 year in oil & gas companies; Be familiar with the equipment manufacturer's instructions for the operation and maintenance; Have Valid License to operate the specific equipment from the UAE Traffic Department; Be capable of understanding the English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking) sufficient for the fulfilment of their function in a safe manner; Be physically fit with regard to eyesight, hearing, reflexes and ability to handle lifting gear and equipment; Be able to operate fire extinguishers equipment; Be able to resist pressures from other persons to carry out unsafe operations; Be trained for 2-days course, by an ADNOC Group approved Training Company using approved Tutor and be assessed every 2 years, as defined in . Hold certificate of competency issued by ADNOC Group approved Training Company using approved Tutor on completion of above stated course.
