WHAT YOU'LL DOHR Leadership & Strategic PartnershipLead the HR team responsible for assigned GRS function/sub-function(s) or Service Line(s).Serve as a senior-level advisor and strategic thought partner to Global Services Heads and Senior Functional/Service Line Leaders on people issues, initiatives, and related business implications.Influence and make recommendations to management on key issues that are often complex in nature.HR Programs & Employee LifecycleManage the HR team responsible for HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle.Manage the development and deployment of new policies, programs, or processes with broad organizational impact.Employee Relations & Risk ManagementPlay a key leadership role in minimizing employment risk by proactively recognizing, investigating, and addressing employee relations issues.Apply advanced business judgment to complex employee and policy issues while identifying and addressing next-order implications.Talent InitiativesOversee talent projects, or segments of major projects, for stakeholders and the GRS HR and Talent team.ABOUT YOUExperience8–10 years of professional experience as an HR generalist with demonstrated success serving as an HR advisor to management. Experience working in a professional services environment preferred.
