The ENGINEERING Technician task is to ensure the overall upkeep of the facility their handling is within company’s standard. Could easily adapt working with peers, contractors, and clients. Plumbing, and civil works Task in hauling facilities assets/materials from site to site Monitor and assist third party vendors on their activities and projects (if any) Can work holidays and on call on weekends during emergency situations Travel to other office sites Other tasks to be assigned from time to time Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Courses certificate Bachelor’s/College Degree At least two (2) years working experience related to Facilities management and/or building maintenance Can use MS office applications and is computer literate Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works (two of any) Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning, and fire protection Can work with minimum supervision and on fast phased environment
