We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administration for a diversified group of companies in Abu Dhabi. The role is hands-on and operational, covering employee lifecycle management, government relations, payroll coordination, benefits, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working closely with management and external providers.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & AdministrationManage full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, confirmations, contract renewals, and offboardingMaintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel filesPrepare HR letters, contracts, amendments, and internal documentationGovernment Relations & ComplianceHandle UAE visa processes (employment visas, renewals, cancellations, dependents)Coordinate with government portals and authorities (MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, etc.)Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policiesPayroll & CompensationCoordinate monthly payroll preparation, salary payments, and WPS requirementsMaintain salary records, allowances, deductions, and leave balancesSupport management with compensation-related queriesBenefits & InsuranceManage medical insurance policies for employees and dependentsLiaise with insurance providers for onboarding, renewals, claims, and exclusionsSupport employees with insurance-related inquiriesPolicies & Internal ProcessesSupport development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresEnsure consistent application of HR policies across group entitiesAssist management with HR-related operational mattersEmployee SupportAct as the main HR point of contact for employeesAddress day-to-day HR and administrative queries professionally and confidentiallyRequirements5+ years of experience in HR operations / HR administration in the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visas, and government proceduresExperience handling payroll, insurance, and HR documentationPrevious experience in real estate, financial services, or group companies is a plusHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProfessional communication skills in EnglishBenefitsStable role within a diversified and growing group of companiesProfessional working environment in Abu DhabiCompetitive salary and benefits (commensurate with experience)
