Job Summary
Looking for max 3 years experienced professional to manageSecure Email Gateway (SEG)operations, supportMicrosoft Exchange mail flow/DAG, and handleeDiscovery, retention, and archivingusingProofpoint, Microsoft Purview, Varonis, and Veritas Enterprise Vault.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and tuneProofpoint SEGfor phishing, BEC, spam, and malware protection
- Investigate email threats and support SOC incident response activities
- SupportMicrosoft Exchange Online / DAGmail flow and troubleshooting
- ExecuteeDiscovery and Legal Holdactivities usingMicrosoft Purview
- Manage retention, compliance, and governance policies
- Supportemail archiving and discoveryusingVeritas Enterprise Vault
- Collaborate withLegal, Compliance, SOC, and Messaging teams
Required Skills
- Hands on experience withProofpoint Email Security
- Strong understanding ofemail security threats and SPF/DKIM/DMARC
- Experience withMicrosoft Purview eDiscovery & retention
- Exposure toVaronisfor data governance
- Experience supportingVeritas Enterprise Vault
- Knowledge ofMicrosoft Exchange / DAG / mail flow
Preferred Skills
- PowerShell scripting (Exchange / M365)
- SIEM integration for email security logs
- Microsoft / Proofpoint / Veritas certifications (nice to have)
