Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria- You must have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months.
- Your major should be in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related business field. Completing courses in Taxation is a plus.
- Open to UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia nationals.

Step 2: Online AssessmentsStep 3: InterviewUpon passing the assessments, you will receive an invitation for a virtual HR interview, where the recruiter will explain the competition in further detail. Being yourself is key to passing this step of the recruitment process
Step 3: InterviewStep 4: AttendOnce you have been shortlisted for the competition, you will be invited to attend a recruitment day, where you will participate in individual and group activities. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.
