  • Manage the Technical Support Center, addressing all Level 1 (L1) technical inquiries via Technical Expressions (TEs) within the Southern Cone influence area, while collaborating with the Regional Hub and Headquarters to handle remaining queries.
  • Ensure the execution of Technical Representative (Tech Rep) services based on emerging needs from local or regional clients.
  • Coordinate and manage response efforts during accidents or incidents, liaising with aviation authorities and internal business units within the Group.
  • Guarantee proper contract management and distribution of technical documentation, managing access rights to information for both the MRO and clients, as well as providing support for connected services.
  • Support the preparation and execution of technical client visits as required (ideally conducted jointly with the CEFO team).

Maintenance Center (MRO):

  • Ensure and manage the necessary resources for maintenance activities, including infrastructure, tooling, technical documentation, and team training.
  • Ensure and manage human resources (mechanics, supervisors, structural specialists, and avionics technicians) with the appropriate certifications to execute maintenance required by clients, in full compliance with market demands, active regulations (DGAC, ANAC, etc.), and Headquarters standards.
  • Maintain inventory of parts, components, and consumables for maintenance activities (stock volume aligned with maintenance activity levels) and serve as the Accountable Manager for stock optimization.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality technical proposals for maintenance services and customization projects (STCs) delivered to the Commercial department.
  • Ensure maintenance and customization services (STCs or SBs) are planned, executed, and completed through contract monitoring by the Project Management team—guaranteeing On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time Quality (OTQ), project financial health, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper control and tracking of Workload Planning vs. Projected Workforce, maintaining a healthy balance between financial health and technical certifications, while always prioritizing service quality and safety.
  • Drive workshop efficiency and productivity through key metrics (KPIs, Non-Quality Costs, etc.).
  • Own customer satisfaction across all MRO services (OTR, OTD, OTQ, NQC).
  • Ensure flight safety for company operational helicopter flights (test and maintenance flights, training flights) as well as commercial flights (demo flights, marketing, client events, trade shows, etc.).

AH Training Center:

  • Ensure and maintain certifications/ratings for instructors (both pilot and technical instructors).
  • Provide all required resources according to the latest training standards (minimum training needs, facilities, tools, mock-ups/trainers, etc.).
  • Foster regional exchanges (HUB level) and maintain direct contact between local instructors and training managers in France and Germany.
  • Offer tailored training solutions to clients based on their needs (training delivered by AHCL or another Group entity).
  • Monitor and drive customer satisfaction for all training activities.
  • Promote flight safety culture by organizing and delivering "Safety Road Show" seminars in close coordination with Headquarters.

Safety & Quality:

  • Be responsible for the company's Operational Safety before Regulatory Authorities (DGAC, ANAC, etc.) and Headquarters.
  • Continuously motivate and incentive compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System procedures, while actively promoting AHCL’s Safety Management System (SMS) culture.
