Join us and help shape the future of memory innovation! ### Position Overview As a Memory Circuit Design Verification Engineer, you drive verification activities for complex memory designs and contribute to the delivery of functionally correct products. You collaborate with design and verification teams across multiple regions to develop, execute, and improve verification strategies for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and emerging memory technologies. This role combines technical ownership, problem-solving, and AI-enabled process improvements to advance verification quality and efficiency. ### Responsibilities * Lead verification efforts within assigned technical areas and help define verification strategies, methodologies, and execution plans. * Develop, execute, and debug pre-silicon verification environments, test benches, test cases, and simulation regressions for complex memory designs. * Create verification stimulus and coverage plans that improve functional coverage for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and emerging memory architectures. * Collaborate with global design and verification teams to analyze results, resolve design issues, and develop new verification flows. * Apply AI-assisted tools and automation techniques to improve verification productivity, coverage analysis, debugging efficiency, and engineering workflows. ### Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Technology (MTech) in Electronics Engineering or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in pre-silicon design verification. * Proficiency in developing, establishing, and simulating verification environments. * Understanding of digital circuit fundamentals, simulation techniques, troubleshooting, and design evaluation. * Experience developing verification test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage. ### Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of Universal Verification Methodology (UVM) concepts and verification environments. * Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) features, including custom DFT implementations and standard scan chains. * Exposure to critical timing analysis and data path timing analysis. * Experience owning verification activities and performing end-to-end analysis of complex full-chip custom designs. * Experience supporting designs with demanding power, performance, and bandwidth requirements.
