Act as the primary point of contact for residents in person and via the resident app. Build positive, personalised relationships with residents, anticipating their needs and delivering intuitive service. Manage and log deliveries, notify residents promptly, and maintain an accurate visitor log. Handle key management duties with strict adherence to protocols. Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV to maintain a safe and secure environment. Coordinate resident move-ins and amenity space bookings. Provide local area recommendations and assist with lifestyle requests such as restaurant bookings, transport, and event tickets. Collaborate closely with contractors and service partners to maintain a one-team approach. Deliver effective handovers with team members to ensure service continuity. Requirements: Previous experience in a high-end residential, five-star hospitality, or client-facing role is preferred however, training will be provided to the right candidate.
