We are currently seeking two well-presented, articulate, and service-driven Day Concierges to join the team at a brand-new super-prime residential development in Queensway. Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised front-of-house service at all times Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective buyers Maintain a polished and immaculate appearance in line with super-prime standards Provide a five-star concierge service, ensuring every interaction reflects the development's premium branding Assist with the smooth running of the building during the sales launch period Respond promptly and professionally to resident and client requests Support the team in maintaining a high level of security, reporting any concerns appropriately Ensure communal and reception areas are always presented to the highest standard Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless service delivery Handle queries and requests efficiently, escalating where necessary Maintain strong working relationships with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders Uphold health and safety standards at all times Candidate Requirements Previous experience as a Concierge within a 5-star residential or luxury hospitality environment Well-spoken with excellent verbal and written communication skills Immaculate presentation and a strong sense of professionalism Proven ability to deliver a high level of customer service Confident engaging with high-net-worth individuals and prospective buyers Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Ability to remain calm, composed, and professional under pressure Team player with a positive and flexible attitude Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable Eligible to work in the UK
