EY Tunisia hosts a strongTransaction & Corporate Finance (TCF)team, actively involved inM&A and Corporate transactions across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
We are hiringJunior Consultantsto join ourM&A-focused TCF team, supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals, strategic transactions, and investment decisions.
What We Look For:
- Strong academic background inaccounting or audit(CES Révision Comptable, Master CCA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Corporate Finance or Financial Audit
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills
- Strong interest in M&A, corporate transactions and deal execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to perform in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
Your Role:
As a Junior Consultant, you will be involved in all stages of M&A transactions, including:
- Supportingbuy-side and sell-side M&A engagements
- Performingfinancial analysisof targets, including historical performance and key value drivers
- Participating indue diligence processesand transaction-related analyses
- Contributing tofinancial modeling(business plans, valuations, scenario analyses)
- Assisting in the preparation ofvaluation analyses(DCF, multiples, transaction benchmarks)
- Preparinginvestment memoranda, pitch decks and client presentations
- Working closely with senior team members and international EY teams
