This person will help translate clinical and operational workflows into product requirements, QA feedback, and implementation guidance for our engineering and product teams. Ideal background:8–10+ years of experience in healthcare IT, hospital systems, EHR/EMR implementation, or clinical systems supportHands-on implementation experience with platforms such as Epic, Cerner, SurgiNet, OpTime, HIS systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or similar hospital softwareUnderstanding of how clinical documentation flows into billing, reporting, analytics, and operational workflowsExposure to anesthesia, operating room, surgical, perioperative, charge capture, or revenue cycle workflows preferredComfortable working with product managers, engineers, data teams, and clinical stakeholdersKey responsibilities:Translate hospital workflows into clear product and technical requirementsWork either as a front-end or back-end engineer to build out features for related productsReview product logic, alerts, reports, and workflows for accuracy and usabilityTest product features and identify workflow gaps or edge casesHelp engineering teams understand how data is captured and used in real hospital settingsSupport product design for tools used by clinicians, coders, administrators, and operations teamsThis job is curated by Lifelancer.
