Candidate Profile
- University degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science or related fields)
- Professional experience in business and systems analysis within the IT sector – participation in analytical workshops, ability to elicit and document requirements
- Fluency in English – enabling smooth communication with international clients (knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset)
- Willingness to relocate from Poland to Bogota (Colombia) or Santiago (Chile) – mandatory requirement (relocation package provided)
Proficiency in:
- Relational databases and SQL
- BPMN or UML notation, software development lifecycles, and analytical documentation creation in IT projects
- OpenAPI specifications
- Confluence and Jira
- Ability to define data models
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Ease in building and maintaining good relationships, strong teamwork skills
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, German, or French) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and gathering business and technical requirements from clients across the Americas
- Drafting requirements using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Preparing analytical documentation and reporting completed tasks
- Participating in the UI/UX mockup acceptance process
- Collaborating with cross-functional project teams (developers, UX designers, Product Owners) to describe tasks and requirements
- Organizing meetings and product demos to ensure continuous communication and alignment with project assumptions
- Analyzing issues and bugs reported by the client
