Candidate Profile

• Professional experience in business and systems analysis within IT (eliciting requirements, conducting workshops).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset.
• Readiness to relocate from Poland to Bogota (Colombia) or Santiago (Chile)-mandatory requirement
• Technical proficiency in:
• Relational databases and SQL
• BPMN / UML notations and software development lifecycles
• OpenAPI specifications and data modeling
• Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication, and excellent teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements from clients across the Americas.
• Drafting clear analytical documentation, including User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams (Developers, UX Designers, Product Owners).
• Participating in UI/UX mockup acceptance processes, product demos, and client workshops.
• Analyzing technical issues and bugs reported by clients to ensure smooth delivery.
