Auditor – Finance & Financial Markets & Risk

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in banking, finance, accounting, audit, treasury, risk management or financial markets.
• Exposure to one or more of the following areas represents an advantage:
  • Treasury
  • Financial Markets
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Risk management
  • Market Risk
  • Liquidity Risk
  • Financial Control
• Good understanding of banking products and operations.
• ACCA, CIA, CAFR or other relevant certifications represent an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand end-to-end banking processes and associated risks.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or Python represents an advantage.
• Ability to perform data-driven analysis and identify potential control weaknesses.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Role Purpose

To participate in audit engagements covering Finance, Treasury, Financial Markets and Risk activities, performing risk assessments, control testing and analytical reviews while developing expertise in banking products, processes and regulatory requirements.
