API Developer

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations to support HR, recruitment, and manpower management platformsCollaborate with frontend developers, system architects, and business stakeholders to define API requirements and data contractsEnsure API security, performance, versioning, and documentation standards are maintainedTroubleshoot and resolve API-related issues; support third-party system integrations including ATS, HRMS, and payroll platformsRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline4–6 years of hands-on experience in API developmentProficient in REST/GraphQL API design; experience with Python, Node.js, or JavaFamiliarity with OAuth, JWT, API gateways, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems is an advantage
