Full Stack Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (front-end and back-end) to support HR, recruitment, and manpower management platforms• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, system architects, and business stakeholders to define application requirements and data contracts• Ensure application performance, security, code quality, and documentation standards are maintained across the entire stack• Troubleshoot and resolve full-stack issues; support third-party system integrations including ATS, HRMS, and payroll platformsRequirements• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development• Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, or Java)• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL API design, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)• Experience integrating HR or manpower management systems is an advantage
