Saad is a well-respected technical leader having launched and grown multiple startups, most recently the unicorn Flink. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will be working on an innovative and modern, vertical-video based concept in a dynamic nascent working environment. As a product manager/evangelist, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build and rollout a very high-end, contemporary and cool travel product that delivers the companys vision and strategy. Job Responsibilities: Comprehend the company vision and reflect it in the products manifestation Achieve a deep data driven understanding of the customer experience; identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve experience, grow funnel conversion rates and drive growth Lead the product set-up both internally and with key external partners Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick product iterations and product features Have a keen sense of product design and depth to provide aesthetically creative inputs Refine and maintain the product essence in terms of UI/UX Liaison between the tech, design, content and strategy teams to produce harmonious product solutions Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members Scope and prioritize product improvements with Business Intelligence and Business Development teams Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed Requirements and Skills: 5+ years of proven work experience in product management, especially in newgeneration applications involving vertical videos and/or content commerce,interaction and tech (TikTok, Instagram Reels etc)Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughoutits lifecycle. Prior experience in a travel company is highly desirable.
