Ensure that the suite’s goals are overall aligned with company goals by collaborating with senior management throughout the organization.Be a mentor and coach to an excellent team of technical leaders and support them in their personal development. Actively recruit new leaders and team members.Ensure that our products are built in time and with a consistent user experience.
