Director of Engineering Suite

What you’ll be responsible for: Growing the newly formed department to 20 team membersOwn the suite department's tech strategy and roadmap. Ensure that the suite’s goals are overall aligned with company goals by collaborating with senior management throughout the organization.Be a mentor and coach to an excellent team of technical leaders and support them in their personal development. Actively recruit new leaders and team members.Ensure that our products are built in time and with a consistent user experience. • You have effective communication skills that can guide and inspire your teams
• It’s a plus if you have first hand experience working with localization solutions and understand the domain we’re operating
