This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our field sales teams have everything they need to perform at their best. You'll work closely with Field Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, Recruitment, HR and Senior Management, helping to keep the operation running smoothly from day to day. You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems, working with people and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The Role As Operations Executive, you'll support the day-to-day running of the field sales channel and help ensure that our teams are properly equipped, informed and supported. You'll take ownership of key operational processes, reporting and administration while working closely with sales management to identify opportunities to improve how the business operates.Key ResponsibilitiesField Sales SupportAct as a key point of contact for the field sales team.Provide day-to-day operational support to Field Sales Representatives and Regional Sales Managers Processing OrdersEnsure sales teams have the information, equipment and resources required to perform their roles.Support managers with operational queries and requests.Assist with resolving issues quickly and efficiently.Maintain strong communication between the office and field-based teams. New Starter & Induction SupportSupport the onboarding process for new Field Sales Representatives.Coordinate induction requirements and ensure all relevant information is prepared.Assist with the allocation of company vehicles, equipment, uniforms and other assets.Ensure new starters have the required documentation and systems access.Maintain accurate onboarding records.Liaise with HR, Recruitment and Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain accurate operational trackers and databases.Prepare regular sales and operational reports.Monitor key performance indicators and highlight trends or issues to management.Assist with weekly and monthly reporting.Maintain accurate records of vehicles, equipment, assets and other operational resources.Complete general administration and data entry as required. Sales OperationsSupport Regional Sales Managers with the day-to-day running of their teams.Monitor sales activity and operational performance.Assist with tracking sales targets and KPIs.Help identify gaps, issues and opportunities within the sales operation.Support the implementation of new processes and initiatives.Ensure agreed processes are followed consistently across the field sales team. Communication & CoordinationWork closely with Sales, HR, Recruitment, Finance and Senior Management.Communicate important updates and information to field-based employees.Coordinate operational requirements across multiple regions.Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure deadlines are met.Become a reliable point of contact for the wider field sales team.Ensure compliance with all areas of the business What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys taking ownership.You will ideally have:Previous experience in an operations, administration, sales support or coordination role.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills.Confidence working with different teams and levels of management.Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Experience working with CRM systems or internal databases is an advantage.The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A practical, solutions-focused approach.The confidence to pick up an issue and see it through to resolution.
