Reporting to the People Analytics Manager, the People Analytics Specialist provides analytical support across the firm’s People Functions (Recruiting, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Staffing, Core HR, and Career Services) as well as supports special projects and strategic initiatives related to People for the firm’s leadership team. The People Analytics Specialist plays a critical role to help drive forward L.E.K.’s U.S. People Strategy.

- Oversee the maintenance and quality control for existing People Analytics dashboards, products, and routine analyses

- Lead dataset development for near-term needs (e.g., create and maintain a dataset drawing on Workday and other source systems that can be leveraged across various use cases) and help build out a more robust long-term system

- Spearhead innovative analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of firm programs and initiatives (e.g., analyze exit survey results; analyze key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers; etc.)

- Identify data capture and analytics efficiency improvements — including opportunities to apply AI and automation — as the firm scales and grows and collaborate with teams to implement
