Your Mission

At Contentsquare, the office isn't just a place to work, it's where culture and collaboration actually happen. We're hiring aWorkplace Operations & Experience Associateto run the day-to-day of our Paris HQ, our largest office globally. You'll be the go-to person on the ground: managing operations, shaping the employee experience, and making sure the office runs smoothly for the200people who walk through its doors.

What You'll Do

Run the office
  • Handle vendors, maintenance, supplies, and workplace services
  • Manage access control, visitor registrations, and logistics
  • Track budget, process invoices, and keep the admin side tight
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Physical Security standards are met
  • Support on-site client and partner events, and leadership meetings
Create a great experience for employees
  • Be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and exec guests
  • Keep the office welcoming, organized, and hybrid-ready
  • Own the onboarding experience for new hires — badges, tours, culture intro
  • Manage internal office communications and act on feedback to continuously improve
Bring culture to life
  • Plan and run team events, socials, and office activations
  • Lead local Culture Crew programs and support broader engagement initiatives
Work cross-functionally
  • Gather employee and leadership feedback through surveys and informal conversations
  • Partner with People, IT, Finance, Legal, Marketing, EAs, and Chiefs of Staff
  • Contribute to global workplace projects across EMEA, APAC, and North America
  • Share what's working locally to raise the bar across all offices

About You

  • 2+ years in office management, hospitality, workplace experience, or events
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Organized, proactive, and genuinely people-oriented
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving international environment
  • Strong communicator with solid attention to detail
  • Hands-on attitude and a hospitality mindset
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or AI tools is a plus
