The Opportunity

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth execution of daily operations while supporting a wide range of organizational and digital activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across different locations and gain insight into how a global organization operates. You will gain hands-on experience with internal processes, collaboration tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A structured mindset and curiosity about digitalization will help you succeed. You will grow through real project ownership, collaboration, and exposure to global processes.

How You'll make an Impact

• Support and manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Assist in coordinating internal processes and ensuring smooth workflows
• Maintain and organize internal documentation and information systems
• Provide general support for tools, platforms, and digital solutions
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives
• Support internal communication, reporting, and content updates
• Help with event coordination and organizational tasks
• Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders across locations

Your Background

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in IT, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Business Communication or relevant field
• Strong proficiency or high interest in operations, digital tools, and organizational processes
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and Power App tools

• Quick learner with a proactive and reliable mindset
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Residence in the Bad Honnef region is an advantage
• Longer-term availability desired
