Description $500 Sign-On BonusCompensation starting at $24/hr Required Credentials: Completed High School diploma Experience working with students preferred, exposure to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred) Required Skills: Receptiveness to feedback and coaching, with the ability to apply guidance from supervisors to improve clinical implementation and professional performance. Strong communication Exceptional reliability, organization, and time-management skills to maintain consistent schedules and complete administrative/clinical documentation accurately and on time. Basic technology proficiency, including the ability to navigate electronic systems and submit clinical notes and documentation. Job Description A School-Based Interventionist provides direct services to students with autism and related disorders, implementing clinical programs for each student under the supervision of a Program Manager and/or Clinical Supervisor. School-Based Interventionists may also provide support for multiple students within a single classroom with embedded supports. It may take 6-8 weeks to assign you to a school site with cases that are appropriate to your new hire skill level and geographic location. You must be willing to drive a commute of 20 to 40 miles to the school you are assigned. Although we try to place you at a school site that is geographically close to your home, convenience is not guaranteed.
