As a WebSphere Commerce Developers, you will:Translate the client’s business requirements into systems designImplement WCS architecture, visualization and development processesDrive planning exercisesCoordinate globally dispersed development and quality assuranceAnticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriatelyWrite bug-free codeRequirementsDesired skills and experience:(WebSphere Commerce Server) WCS Developer with hands-on WCS 7.x/8.x/9.x development experience in Retail Ecommerce spaceExperience with one or more of Catalog, Order, Payment, Promotion, Member subSystems in WCSExperience with Performance Analysis/Troubleshooting while providing solutions to optimize application performanceGood understanding of memory management, multithreading, thread/connection pooling etc.Knowledge of or working experience with Microservice development using SpringBoot would be an added bonus.
