Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Digital Delivery: Oversee the development and maintenance of digital assets, including HCP platforms, patient caregiver websites, and multi-channel engagement initiatives.

  • AI & Visual Campaign Execution: Lead cross-functional briefings with design, technical, and regulatory teams to pilot and scale innovative AI visual assets and modern marketing tech tools across diverse brand portfolios.

  • Agile Project Management: Manage 6\u20138 concurrent projects, balancing strict regulatory compliance, tight client timelines, and budget accuracy (estimates, invoicing, financial tracking).

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement internal workflow efficiencies, resourcing strategies, and cross-departmental alignment to accelerate delivery timelines and boost audience engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of progressive commercial, campaign management, or account leadership experience within healthcare agencies, pharmaceutical consulting, or digital health environments. (Contract/project-based backgrounds welcome).

  • Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree required; Master\u2019s degree (MSc) in a relevant analytical, health, or social sciences field highly desirable.
