We are seeking an experienced Level II/III Indirect Subcontract Administrator to support subcontract management operations in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role is responsible for administering complex indirect subcontracts and supplier agreements, with a focus on large component procurement, cryogenic tanks, major structures, long-term agreements (LTAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and milestone-based Statements of Work (SOWs).The ideal candidate will possess strong subcontract administration, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement experience, with the ability to manage high-value and technically complex subcontract relationships from award through closeout.Location: Melbourne, FloridaJob Type: Contract-to-HirePay Rate: $72.00 - $83.00 per hour (DOE)Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)ResponsibilitiesSubcontract Administration
