Warranty Team Lead

The Opportunity

Lead the Warranty Team for OIP, OPD, Power warranty and refurbishments.

Support a skilled technical team.

Ensure safe work every day.

Maintain quality, delivery, and performance.

Coordinate with cross‑functional groups.

Grow leadership and technical skills.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead warranty and refurbishment workflow from receiving to fit-ship.
• Assign work and monitor daily progress.
• Troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality.
• Ensure repairs meet specifications.
• Maintain 5S in RMR areas.
• Train and support team members.
• Drive process improvements.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OIP & OPD bushing assembly experience.
• Experience leading teams.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• SAP skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Able to lift 35 lbs. safely
