Warehousing Lead Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily dispatch activities for container, air, and road shipments.
• Ensure all shipments are loaded in line with dispatch schedules and customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue gate passes for all outgoing shipments.
• Verify shipment quantities, packing details, and dispatch documentation prior to vehicle release.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage storage of packed pallets and finished goods in the warehouse.
• Allocate and maintain accurate storage locations for all packed pallets.
• Update pallet location details accurately in the VRAK system.
• Track pallet movement from production, packing, storage, and dispatch stages.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of all pallets.
• Monitor warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and support stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance during storage and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with production, planning, engineering, and logistics teams to achieve shipment targets.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and warehouse reports, logs, and documentation.
• Support container stuffing operations and ensure optimal container utilization.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and provide daily stock status updates.
• Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure an organized warehouse environment.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required warehouse and dispatch records.
