Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Inventory Management
- Data analysis & reporting
- Process and system improvement
- Knowledge of Warehouse management system, preferably SAP WM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and coordinational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
- Handling of transport, Inbound and Outbound logistics operations.
- Warehousing, Distribution Units Management. Interact with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Deliveries Management (Local / Import / Export) Warehouse Operations assistance from Receiving, Inventory, Issuance, to Production, FG Management
- Follows rules and regulations, EHS, GTS etc, Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities
- Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements
What your background should look like
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- NC2 certificate is a bonus.
- Strong personal attributes, including leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety, 5S, planning, billing, cost savings, and compliance.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively with operations, planning, and finance teams.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
